My approach to washing your home is as if I was washing my own. Using a chemical soft wash, everything is cleaned from the exterior of the gutters, down to the ground. This includes eves, soffits, cladding, the base of the house, the lot – even the windows get some TLC!

COMMERCIAL BUILDING WASH

From a small office to industrial sized factories, body corporate housing, schools – you name it, Ive washed it. With a class 2 licence I am able to use large truck mounted cherry pickers to access anything too tall for a ladder.

Gutter Clean

Out of site and out of mind? leaving your gutters unattended can end up costing you a fortune. When water isn’t able to find its natural way to the down pipe, it will end up in all sorts of unwanted places. More often than not – into your home! I recommend an annual gutter clean to keep the water flowing the way it should. This included the cleaning of the insides of the gutters, as well as putting a drain snake down each down pipe to ensure there are no blockages.

Gutter Protection

If your gutters are a constant target for falling leaves and debris, perhaps it is time to protect them. There are many products on the market that are suitable to certain types of protection, all I am able to install at your request. 

My personal suggestion is Gutter Foam, as it is an all round protector, eco friendly, and cost effective. Costs is per meter with the addition of the gutter clean, if necessary.

DECKS & FENCES

Poor old decks see endless DIY disasters. With a soft spot for raw wood decking, I take great care in bringing new life to old decks. Every one is different, but with my vast knowledge and experience I can approach any deck with the confidence and skill to bring life back to it, avoiding the disaster.

Driveways & Paths

Whether it be for health and safety reason or purely aesthetic, the ground needs to be maintained.
Driveways, paths, concrete, cobbles, tiles etc are pressure washed and rinsed clean. By request, they can then be treated to slow down the return of any moss, mould and lichen, to keep those surfaces clean and slip free.
Generally priced by the square meter as is with decks.
